By accessing or using Booking Catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business or entity using the service.
2. Accounts and approvals
You may need to register an account and provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to review and approve accounts before granting full access. Accounts may require activation, and we may suspend or revoke access for violations of these terms or for abuse of the platform.
3. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts may receive a free trial. After the trial, continued use of certain features requires a paid subscription billed monthly. Prices are shown at signup and may vary by country. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We use a third-party payment processor to handle billing securely.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Booking Catalog for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or access accounts that do not belong to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Your catalog content
You retain ownership of the content you publish through your catalogs, including product information, images, and links. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Termination
Either you or we may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as billing records.
7. Limitation of liability
Booking Catalog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred local currency units if you did not pay.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the service.
